Mute limit

Tonight was a sad night for s99.

We have two experts, intothefog and jenn. Jenn I have never personally seen, and fog is one of the best experts I've seen.

As always, jenn wasn't on and fog had to deal with the trollers. After about 25 mutes in 10 minutes due to constant vulgarity, alts, and sexual/drug references. There was no abuse, just immature players that are trying to rally up a petition for fogs removal from the server.

So I propose this- no mute limit! We need all these Alts banned as well. Fish was a horrible role model for the server. This is happening night after night after night. It's awful for wc and those who have to deal with it.

Also- I believe that every time there is a mute, a report should be sent to support. From there, Alts can start to be banned, and the server is 100x better.

Re: Mute limit

As much as I do agree, please remember server99 is still a fairly new server and trolling to this extent is bound to happen. As much as I can undertand where some players may feel a nee tht there needs to be unlimited mutes, it is placed there to prevent abuse of power for experts.

Re: Mute limit

Then it should be higher... I know there are power issues. But support has been choosing old experts for the reason so that there isn't abuse of that power.

And plus five hours of no chat is not that bad... U can mail still if u need to.

I'm sure players will let support know if there is abuse.

Experts can gather screen shots of abuse and post a report on the expert forum. If there is enough evidence of rule breaking and abuse, support will take some kind of action from 1 month bans to permanent chat bans. You can also help experts gather screen shots of rule breaking, and send it to the expert via Palringo.

Re: Mute limit

I'm surprised James you are trying to criticise Jenn, as she is the expert who is consistantly there. IntoTheFog has been inactive on S99 for the last month and dropped by his last alliance for inactivity for weeks. Jenn plays a regular part of WC on S99, so I can only guess that you have some alternate agenda in making your claims.

Re: Mute limit

I personally have seen Jenn once. I have no alternative claim to this, but just stating there was no expert to handle the extra mutes needed past the limit.

And the inactivity displayed by fog part- He has been there around dg time almost everyday.

If you have further problems please pm me instead of making false assumptions in public :)

Re: Mute limit

Jenn is the one that has been on. Fog has been MIA on both servers and support has been wondering too.
Most experts show up at daily gift time. (free coins) then disappear again.
