oasis fort others expansion

hey i was wondering we only get set of like 6 to 7 oasis or wood other forts etc why dont you allow for expansion give us more oasis cause each time i go to my city its always in red and i got all of it and i cant get anymore

Because then players will take anything in sight with zero losses (using cats) and nobody will steal cuz then they have reason to be farmed
