Appeal Chat-Ban

I think this is a productive suggestion. Because the people that get banned from chatting (usually from World chat, Alliance chat, and/or Private Messages or excluded from all chats) would find out more details about how long they are banned, or if they can make an appeal to get there ban time reduced. Instead of lettering support, which can take up to 24 hours before the support team replies. I think this will help relieve the support teams from having to answer so many questions in letter and relieving them from being overwhelmed at any times. It may also make the forums more active because players will be eager to find out when they will be unbanned from chatting.

Also, 24 hours isn't a long time considering the amount of work they have.
