Maybe put a white flag on all cities when ppl are in WR lol
I know it adds to the game and part of the strategy, but sub warping is annoying when they in WR when u arrive lol

send a scout cav you can always withdraw it and save yourself 20-40 coins

Sending test scout sends push notice.Then you expose intent. WR needs a white flag.

I have faced this a lot, and it's annoying but part of the game. I don't even know how many times this has happened, followed by me sending a letter and then us both laughing about it. It's part of the risk of warping.

Yeah, WR gets annoying, ive warped 3 times to get a potential +10k pp hit, and I find out the guy's in WR...
