News building

My suggestion is that using the new buildin more and using it for battles within alliance for example two alliances are at war it would set on fire when there is a allaince who has just started a war on another and it would show which two alliances are battling and showing the process ie: what's been gained prestige, cities and mine and once the war is over it would should the overall progress of what was gained and lost through the war and who won the war and by how much and even store letters in it to check daily

I agree that it should be used more. Of course the alliance war thing would be a whole different thing besides just the news tower change.

But it did give me an idea. Maybe alliance letters could go to the news tower, rather than your mail box. Or perhaps even to both. If html links could work from it, that would be pretty cool too.

The news building is just there to rot haha, i rarely even check on it. I think it would be a good idea to be able to save mails into that building, mails like important ally letters and guides which is too important to lose.
