Resign Option

We already have a question pop up when we want to resign an oasis. How about that happening when we want to resign forts? This will help prevent players from accidentally resigning a fort. Especially if the use a warp loop.

A question does pop up when you go to resign a fort. "Do you really want to resign it?"

Is that just for iOs?
