I'd like to see support maybe weighing in on other peoples suggestions and how they feel about them.

But I'd really like support to tell us if they are implementing one by simply posting "We agree with this suggestion and are working on getting it into the game" or something of that sort.

It's hard to tell what kind of things haypi is looking for, but if I knew where they wanted to end up with the game i'm pretty sure it would lead to more effecient and helpful suggestions.

Just a thought

I don't know if you or anyone else that plays Haypi has played, but a game called Pokemon Tower Defense made by SamDanGames posts polls, or did, about what players wanted to see next in the game. Granted they have a small team who has an small update once a week, but they ask what they would like players to see in the next upcoming update. I don't know how big Haypi's staff is and how hard it is to manage stuff for a MMO on phones, but SamDanGames' game PTD is updated weekly and its a Tower Defense game (duh). They also make .APK, .SWF, and .EXE files to accompany more than just their Flash version on their, and other, websites. [Yes I like to put my two sence in on almost everything] :P

I like this Haypi has a lot of trouble about communitcating with players so this would be a good way to improve that.

They should definitely say if they think you have a good idea. It is one way for them to communicate with the players more and it is a way to know what they light be implementing into the game. I agree nick!

The best part about it is if they reject it and give reasoning for it then players could possibly alter suggestions in a way that keeps the suggestion plausible in the eyes of the higher ups and players can dictate how it could be utilized best in it's altered state, yay for collaborative efforts to put good ideas in games and fix the flawed ones

so, its not a bad thought, but i think haypi is busy with developing the game, too busy, to look through every suggestion and look to see if they are developing it, or not.

the forums are checked once a day anyway and all the threads are read, however the problem is support takes all suggestions made and put them to the tech team then the tech team decide whether to implement them.
usually by the time it is decided whether a suggestion will be implemented the thread is dead and buried.

it would be nice though every month to have a post of the player suggestions
A. Being implemented
B. being considered

Thank you for your suggestions. We've been trying our best to improve and if there's any update we'll let players know.
It takes time to add or improve any feature, hope you would understand.
Have a good day and have fun in HK.
