Expert Choosing the time of mute

Okay I'm not an expert but from viewing how annoying an offensive people can be and how much experts struggle to stop them I feel that experts should be able to set a decent time to punish those who are really offensive so maybe give them a bar tat they can set the time someone is muted for ranging from 5 hours to 24 hours
Thankyou

I was under the impression that a frequent offender was banned?

I don't mean how often the person does it I mean how serious it is like an alliance ad that's posted within 5 mins of the last isn't as serious as someone swearing and abusing other players

After, around 3 mutes Experts report the player. They will receive a warning from Support. If they continue with their behaviors they will be perm-muted or banned.

Re: Expert Choosing the time of mute

I personally don't see this as a necessary function. 5 hour mutes seem to be adequate for most players. If they persist in their offenses they can be put up for bans which last considerably longer.
