Global market

Hi, I think that there should be a global market instead of a server based market. This will ensure prices stay at a relative price, instead of drastically skyrocketing on new servers or deadfalling on servers that are becoming inactives before a merge.

it would take forever to load all the data, so I doubt it would happen. Otherwise a good idea though
