alliance chat notification

Just make the yellow claud in chat red or something if there is an post last 10 min. I dont really care how the notification is but i hate it to check ally chat each 5 mins without any posts, and like being chatty =D. And maybe an turn off button in management or just dont? Just an small idea, haypi can work it out.
