allow members to recall and dispatch troops

one of my players on s23... i mean s106 had this suggestion-

can you suggest that the leader can approve oardinary members to recall and dispatch troops to a mine. this means that there is less pressure on the 6 leaders. just a simple idea and tell me what you think

this would mean a new member rank named captain and all they can do is recall and dispatch troops. there could be a maximum of 10 captains

this would be helpfull but would there then be a new status between vice and member ??

I like the idea of captains, and having 10 would be good I think. But I would like them to be able to command battles, because the way it's set up right now only 6 people per alliance can actually fight (technically a member can command if needed, but only if no vice/leader is on) but giving 10 more people the choice to fight would be good I think

no i think that it should be members, captains can take off members and vices can take of captains.

we could also recall members to private or sargents
