Transferable Alliances

I've had about 5 alliances I was in go away because the leader needed to take some time off, and they could not transfer the alliance to a vice.

Allowing a transfer would help a lot.

Glad to hear it! My s68 alliance wouldn't of died if this was available sooner, oh well. Atleast I won't have to worry in the future!
