It is OK. I really like the idea of the vices having their own system though. I think Haypi should implement it.

i want this idea to be added into game because atm when you need a letter for vices you need to send a circular saying vices only.

I just sent a letter to every vice in my alliance a couple days ago and it took less than a minute...
not worth the extra room :/ I'd only prefer the things that are of the highest necessity to be implemented
