Why don't you add a little chat on the forum like a lot of other forums did?

yeah and there will be nearly no lag on it cos not many people will use it, just us regular forum users

Most forum chats that are available do place 5 second refresh limits. Such as the mchat mod from phpbb mod team, or you can use ajax mod.

well 5 seconds is better than 15 second post limit
