ok, server merge is a good attempt, much needed, long due
but the question is 'why are all these servers dead/dying?'
haypi if you don't want your game to fail you should make some changes
here are my proposal
1 make subs destroyable
but need a rule like
1 city destroy per acc per 1 week
balance will be needed but it would stimulate battles
2 completely install a different calc in a both side commanding battle
at the current state it's not worth blowing up troops unless you wanna
destroy someone despite the fact it mostly ends in a 0 prestige battle
this game is an 'offline army hunt fest' at it's current state
you need to change calc and reward online commanding battle
3 cut down sub move cost to at least 10 coins
sub warp attack is fun and needed to compete at the top
but 20 is expensive and leaves many stuck with march attacks
