How do you know he muted them? Ever heard of a lurking expert? There is no need to translate someone's post if no one has complained of not understanding it. You kinda took this off topic...

Unlimited mutes is a bad idea. End of Story.

nope dbz. effectively kills acc spams to run them out. saves support trouble too. good idea. end of story

I think the expert would have to report the problem to suppprt then they get more mutes to tackle the problem

the only ones agains this idea arent the new server people. bahbpen never heard of 100+ spam accounts in an hour? blocklist maxes at 30

If you need more than 20 mutes, then support needs to jump in anyway... 20 mutes is plenty. Especially on Server 10, where we have 7 experts. That's 140 mutes a day. If more mutes are needed, then support just needs to handle it. It's their job. I'm sure they'd be happy to help
