Alliance ads through pm

I'm not sure where in the forum this goes, but people in server 3 have started to friend everyone in world chat and send them alliance ads through pm. This is very annoying and I'm pretty sure it's against the rules. It's abuse and I've told one of these people that but the reply is "so"?

well if there spaming u the ad, then take a ss and send it to a expert by using either the forums or another way of transfering photos like pal.

i have received the ss and action will be done once the expert strikes are over and also i need to discuss with other experts what are the best solution as it is not within my control as expert as it is pm and letters. i suggest for now, block the player
