Senior moderator group

Vayne is obviously carrying a bit of a load. So why not make another user group. Senior moderators would be like jr. Head mods and would be able to run things more effectively than just having one overworked head mod

I know it would be great. They wouldn't have quite as much power as vayne obviously but they would have more control then regular moderators

Ya or make it so that it must be approved by the head mod or admin before the action can go through

There's really nothing more a Mod can do without being given access to the ACP. I don't mind adding another Head Mod but there's not one I see fit at the moment based on Mod logs (Last Mod action and how frequent) and posting.

In the mod logs I have...
30 pages of actions.
The person I was looking at for Head Mod has 4 and they're not very frequent anymore. Until recently their last Mod Action was a month ago.

It's not so much finding someone it's me not being paranoid that something will happen because I've seen it done before.

Well find someone who you can easily and readily trust. Using this group could be a way of distinguishing possible head mod candidates. If you give a person a promotion they take it to heart and act accordingly

You need to be seriously active on forums even to be considered for mod.
