A chat room for allience ads

Lately the world chat on my server has been overrun by ads for alliences and it would be great if there was a chat that took 1 allience ad and held it untill the leader of an allience wanted to change it. That's one thing that would make the community a better place for me

a special chat room just for ads has been suggested before

I've seen this sort of idea before, but think about it for more than two seconds and it starts to sound stupid.
