Upgrade timers

It gets a little crowded when you have 6 upgrade timers overlaying the screen, I'm sure it's worse for VIPs. The timers should be just the numbers on the building that is being upgraded, this would save a lot of screen realistate.

I like having my timers up although there could be a feature to disable for those that don't want so everyone can be happy
