Alliance Map security

What IS an alliance map anyway?

A map that shows and lists the coordinates of all of your alliances cities and subs

I've already posted somewhere about alliance maps - that only the leader or vices should be able to make a map. It seems fair that those in a position of leadership should be able to make it and not just anyone who joins.

Also, please dø not bash me for voicing my opinion. This is merely a SUGGESTION on improving game play. Same goes for wickerman, it's a suggestion, nø need for arguments.
