First, this should be in Discussion.
Secondly, there are no "votes" for Experts. These are nominations.
The players who "voted" for you on the last page, please do not ask others to nominate you (or use alt accounts).
Lastly, you're not an Expert. Getting nominations does not guarantee anything. ;)

Sadly, i am currently banned from S74 for no reason. I have emailed it to haypi support. And they will hopefully answer later!

Also, so many votes for reaver. probably people in reavers alliance. and forced?!

I would like to nominate BlkPrince as expert for server 74

My vote goes for Blkprince, not only does he have extreme patience but also has great guidance. He has helped me and countless others. He defends his alliance and tries to help/defend those outside the alliance. I believe having him for Expert would be great, he's very active, and is up to the task. Many people look up to him for just about anything. He's a great player as well. Vote for blkprince
