I think regional should be expert because he is very helpful and fun. he has helped me multiple times and I can go to him whenever I need advice.

Please be mindful that the person you nominate has to be active in world chat and not only in alliance chat.
they have to be helpful and have a very good knowledge of the game.
they should help all players and not just their alliance members and friends.
they should also help without asking for any form of reward in return.

Please have patience support must do alot of checking to ensure future experts will be mature, trustworthy and suitable. It is a long process
