The Age of Rebellion

Chapter 2 -

The kingdom flourished under the reign of the lords. Under the protection of the Knight and the wisdom of the Queen, the lords learned the ways of the land. One day, a dark lord left in hopes to take over the kingdom and shame the lords.

The dark lord went to see the highest general of the land, and asked to participate in his plans. In the beginning, the general agreed. However, he saw the madness that consumed the dark lord, and decided to abandon him.

The dark lord found a rebel camp not too far from the kingdom. The rebel camp was led by a leader who was ignorant in the ways of the land. Together, the dark lord and the rebel leader plotted against the lords. The dark lord laid out his plans and the rebel leader asked her followers to obey. They were going to attack the Queen and take over her land. The rebel leader executed the orders, but hid under the protection of a spell so she does not have to face battle herself.

Attacks came from all directions. The dark lord moved his location close to the Queen so that he can strike quickly. More attacks came from the common people, and the Queen ignored their attacks. The first person to strike the Queen was a peasant that she recognized. She saw the error in his ways and decided to forgive him for this mistake and allowed him to move on without feeling her wrath.

The next attack came from the dark lord himself. Despite the fact that the Queen was preoccupied with the affairs in her land, she was able to move swiftly and dodge the attack of the mad dark lord. The dark lord lost some brave men to the queen’s traps.

Unbeknownst to all of her attackers, the Queen knows how to defend herself. The Queen pitied some who attacked, but even her mercy has bounds. The Knight, angered by the attacks against the queen, asked his Champions stand beside him and fight for her.

In the midst of all the chaos, some traitors came out and showed their true colors. They stood by the rebellion and fought against the Queen, her Knight, and the Champions.

The rebellion lost that battle. The dark lord was defeated by the Champion of the Queen, and he retreated. The Knight took over the dark lord’s land. The dark lord has not been seen since then.

The stirring continues; the age of the rebellion is not over. The rebel camp leader proclaimed she will come to battle herself, but that is yet to be seen.
