He issues mutes w/o warnings and doesn't respond when you enquire as to why you've been muted. He also is extremely juvenile and perverted in his thought process as he often mutes for words w/ multiple meanings w/o even paying attention to context...

He does his job, most things that are said with questionable words are usually inappropriate.
