need help

my access to my game on S62 has frozen up. I have a 'comminicating' message but when I push the 'close' button it just blinks and stays. Is there anything I can do?
it isn't my phone because all my other games still work.

restart the app (if you have an Idevice you need to remove it from mulltitasking and then restart it.
if this doesnt wokr you can try redownloading the app
