Hi I would like to nominate Penance he had so great leadership skill and personality. Also he's very helpful to new players and kept the chat room at peace. I think he will be a great contribution to the haypi community.

There are plenty of great nominations for experts. I think a few are trying to get none other then just to have it, and some are very sincere. It's not an easy choice by no means, but Ide like to see more then one, because one cannot be there all the time. And it leaves people at the mercy of thier play times.

-Penance, Googleapp, ummm...thats all i can think of off the top of my head. However there are lots of others who have been doing a great job out there. Keep it up guys!

Let's vote for Good Experts.
First of all what determines an Expert?
Is s/he a good expert if he answers your referee question?
Is s/he a good expert if he is willing to provide you with beginner tips?
I say Experts need to be beyond this.

When the new people stop floading in and you are no more new, what will determine, if they are helpful or not?
Let your choice be on those who can be friendly, who dont impose rules into conflict, who can solve small problems before it gets hostile.
Look in your Expert's kindness, humor, and ability to explain well.
Even in future, Expert will be helping you with many questions.
Take note of their language and ability to express.
Also note if they deal well, effectively, peacefully when the situation goes out of control.

When you are voting for Expert, do not be biased.
Do not just vote only for the person in your Alliance.
Look further ahead, and look who has the quality.
Do not rush. Remember you have only one powerful vote
So take time to consider their character.
Always check how the Expert has been helpful and will he be able to judge well without prejudice towards your Alliance or your level.
