I have been experiencing the Session timeout problem for some time now. I have sent numerous letters through the support contact link within the game (another issue in itself). Jerry does not seem to grasp the problem at all. In fact, on at least a couple occasions he has replied to my messages about a completely different issue. This tells me he either isn't paying attention to what I am saying in my messages, or that he doesn't even read all of them. Just replying with something about whatever the predominant problem for other users at the time.
This is very irritating. I can't even play the game right now. At this point I don't buy coins anymore because the support has been so bad (on S38/110 and S62, as well as kingdomsupport). If I see an effort being made to fix all the problems, rather than putting so much effort into finding ways to sell more coins, I might start buying coins again. But it hasn't looked too promising.
And I check for updates daily, and always install the latest update. Few of them have made any improvements, and not one has done anything to improve this timeout issue. For me, the timeouts are often followed by the app crashing. Each time I have sent an error report rather than just closing and restarting. Please look at these reports. And as a side note for anyone recommending screenshots to send to support - Android devices don't take screenshots. Believe me, I wish they did.
update: I just found and installed the 3.1.1 update. Within the first minute I received the same Session timeout error. Then upon restarting the app and logging in again I got it immediately. So I rebooted my device, logged in again, and guess what.., immediately got another "Session timeout. Please login again." So what does this update fix?
