You cant just start a new account... You have to get to level 10 first. Plus chances are that your friends already made new account. You cant just say im gonna make a new account. SImply start a new account. HOW?

jailbroken devices, buy another device, or somehow get your account deleted, whether in a merge or something. those are some legal loop holes (except the jailbroken ipod loophole)
but if you are cought doing 1 of the illegal ways of getting another account, you could be banned (ip adress) or you could have other stuff happen. there is a whole bunch of legal mumbo jumbo that you gotta be careful of. SO PLEASE DONT BREAK THE RULES!!
