Session timeout problem

Please report Support privately. A public forum is no place for that.

I was not specifically trying to report my server support person, merely making a point that little or no effort is being made to address such problems. I've had issues with other support personnel in the past as well, to include kingdomsupport.
I treat it like the service at a restaurant - if you provide poor service you get no tip (ie. no coins purchased). Start providing better service, and you'll make more money. It's as simple as that.

I have not been able to login for two days, I have the latest version of the game. When I think of all the money I have spent on the game it is very frustrating not being able to login. I imagine all my troops have starved by now and I have lost loads of prestige as usual

When will it be fixes

I have the Windows Phone HAypi Kingdom version 3.03.
It was working fine for about a week. Now, after I log into the game, the village displays as a static image (no animations) and nothing works. It freezes right before you're supposed to get the "Welcome" page and never seems to connect. All resource values are blank.
I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
There do not appear to be any updates on the Market Place.
I tried re-entering my user name and password.
It has been like this for 3 days.
I watched it stay like this for 45 minutes, thinking perhaps the server might be slow or something, before killing the app.

Any suggestions? Fixes?
