I nominate Lambchopzz because he's very respectful and patient when explaining things about the game no matter how trivial it is. Not only does he help us by explaining things about the game but he also tries to help with resources and such.

I think KronSmoker should be given expert status. He is by far the best alliance leader I have had yet and is always guiding and helping everyone to build and grow in the right way. Helped me get to top 10 in my third day. I would also like to nominate Caractuss who is the vice leader in the same alliance and shares all responsibilities and helpful characteristics when KronSmoker is absent.

I have noticed that he plays very often and while he might not talk very much he knows what is approproiate chat for a game that some children play and tries to remind people that they need to watch what they say.
