Vice Leader with no alliance management

Hey, i was recently promoted to vice leader however the manage alliance button isn't anywhere that i've seen, i asked another vice who has an iphone and he told me where to look in the alliance menu but no dice. Anyone else come across this problem?

Dude that sucks it happened to me try quiting and join again for me when I hit quit it fixed it
