2-Super package $50 750coins
3-Ultra package $100 1600coins

Please choose the package you would like and pay to haypiinc@hotmail.com (Haypi paypal account).
Please include all of the following in your letter full name,email,transaction ID,amount,username. Send it to server support through the help/support tab.
We will get methods of purchase optimized ASAP.

The send button in help/support tab is still not working as I just tried to send a test mail. I got a confirmation that the email delivery attempt failed. At least we have gotten a step further in 2.12 since in 2.11 I did not receive that notification when pressing the send button.

What's the currency?

I have bought 100 usd in coins hapyi took the money out of my account. I received the letter but no coins in my account?

Also - If you still haven't received send them an SS of your haypi screen and your receipt and they should be able to sort it out

Dear Kingdom Support,

I purchased a medium package, but i can't send the informations via HELP/SUPPORT tab. It's not working: "Send letter fail, please contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com".
I sent my purchase informations to the kingdomsupport@haypi.com, i hope it's enough, and also a good way. Please check the mail, and send my coins as soon as possible!
