Follow up on my coin purchase, I still have not received anything, they took my money last week...

I start to beleive I will never get them.

I e-mailed support this morning to see what is going on. If I would be you I would not purchase coins yet. I will post if I receives the coins. If not, assume I was robbed.

I might fill in a customer complaint to paypal very soon if they don't answer to my e-mail in the next 24hr.

I would think one of their programmers would consider making an online shop, and then iphone customers could have alternative options too :/

I finally got my coins. Here was my mistake: I e-mailed all the info to the haypi@hotmail.com wich is not correct. This e-mail is only to pay through Paypal. The info should be sent to kingdomsupport@haypi.com .

Hope this save some frustration to other players.

As a protest to Haypi, I suggest that we all stop buying coins for as long as we can. They really don't care about WP7 customer and it irritates me. Alone, there is not much I can do, but together, if we all stop buying coins, they might consider us next time.

Please before doing any coin purchase, think about that.
