Timing purchasing of coins RECEIVED

Let's find out how long it takes for coins to show up in the game after making a purchase through paypal.

Payment sent on March 2nd 13.19 GMT

PM sent to support1 with details on March 2nd 14.33 GMT since send button in the help/support tab don't work.

LAST CHECKED AT on March 9 at 08.01 GMT and NO COINS YET.

RECEIVED COINS BY 15.30 CET ON MARCH 9th

On K2700 advice I have sent mail to kingdomsupport on March 8th at 19.01 GMT.
Received an answer asking for all information again which has been sent in the original mail already on March 9 at 06.51 CET.

I'll keep this post updatet daily until coins shows up in game. (need to get that damn gold nugget to upgrade.)

Try sending support an email at kingdomsupport@haypi.com

They might ask for some type of proof of purchase (like a reciept)

I have now sent them an email. Hopefully this will complet the process and I'll get my coins.

I purchased on 18 Feb and still have no coins. I have emailed Haypi support and received responses saying that someone "will look into it" several times. I have now started asking for refunds.

I have now received the coins that I purchased on March 2nd.

My coins have now FINALLY been credited to my account as well.

Wow it takes 1 week to receive your coins!?

Edit: It took only 1 day for them to send me the coins.
