Crashs commanding battle! Always!

Whenever i try to command the battle and the opponent is present it always crashs, i try to reenter many times no way its unplayable!!
And support dont answer, i have send many mails with no effect!
I think the support is a fake or a couple of covards.
When they answer only with the same rainbow ( sorry for the inconvenience but no solution)
- to help is not their objective! Im speaking of over 6 months - never seen such a bad support!!!!

Agreed. I have to deal with same problem. Support says they won't do anything because I have no "proof". The fact is they won't accept anything as proof because its easier for them to make up lies and do nothing.

Please tell me your phone details, what haypi kingdom version you are using and detailed description of the situation.

htc 7 pro ... NoDo or Mango don't make a difference ... it crashes with version 3.05

you just don't get your asynchronous calls working ... seems to me the problem
