Alliance losing troops during dispatch?

our alliance was getting dispatched and we only had 600ish total on mine. as soon as i saw we were being attacked i dispatched more (3500 infanty 1100 cav 1100 arrow 3500 cat) we got wiped and all the troops in dispatch had no chance of being recalled i lost all of them as well? can this please get fixed i have only two people and it took us forever to get those troops created!

Contact Support in game is ur best option, I've already heard of this happening to a couple of alliances accross different servers so its a bad glitch.

In s77, my alliance dispatched troops 8 second before being attack. When clock countdown to 0:00:00 troops never get there. Found out later attacking alliance got our troops. This is funny glitch lol
