Treasure Count Error???

So I have a level 5 ring with 5 enhancement levels that I was trying to sell to NPC so I could get a higher level ring off the market. I hit "sell to NPC" and it took me to the quantity screen and it was defaulted at 1 which is how many I had and I clicked sell. It appeared to go through as the quantity screen disappeared for about 5 seconds and was replaced with a "Treasure Count Error". I have tried every number between 1 and 50 to try to sell the dang thing and I get the same message every time. Any ideas?

I already messaged support for my case and am awaiting reply. Everyone that is having this problem should report it to support though that way they know it isn't just a random error. Send a quick email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com stating the problem and your user name. They have been pretty quick about getting back with me so hopefully we will see a fix in a day or two. Of course if this is a bigger problem then it may have to wait til the next update.

please completely restart the app it is more than likely just severe lagg that has meant it has not shown

If restarting the app did not work try installation.

I am having the same problem.
I have been monitoring this thread for a while now hoping someone from support might address the issue. I have emailed them and no response.

I have reinstalled the app, no joy.
I have installed the app on wp7, iPhone ios4 and iPad ios 3, all same issue.

The problem is on their end, server side.

I have a level 5 ring, enhanced to 15%, exactly the same as the op above.
I have gotten other level 5 rings from hunts and they sold no problem.

I wish they would solve this as it is 68000 money just sitting there.
