I am playing WP7 and cannot find any way to enchant or upgrade items... I have an enchantment stone but when looking at it the only options are NPC or deal. How do I use this item to improve what I already have?

Make sure the items are unequipped. If they show up in "General" and not "Treasures," then unequip them and go into their menus in Treasures. The only other thing I can think of is that your equipment may be level 5 or lower, in which case they cannot be enhanced.
