Is anyone able to log into PVP at this point?

Nobody on server 7 can even get onto the PVP server. I'm not talking about lag, I'm talking about not even being able to bring up your profile.

I spent hours building my city and army and was ranked #32 at 3:00amCST today and I'm afraid when I log in, I'm going to see my army starved and have lost time to everyone who was able to log in.

Is this everyone?

This does not "always happen". There's always lag in the first day or two, but I've never seen the system just shut down for going on 7 hours minimum now.

Do you have some information on when it will be up? How soon is soon? Why has there been no communication from Haypi on this? How hard is it to send a letter out to the users relating some sort of awareness and progress report?

This morning was the only time I could log on. Now it says check your Internet connection ad I am standing right next to the router.

haypi pvp is down. i believe pvp may restart<.< from the moment that it crashed<.< as i was rank 3 and had 1k cats and i am sure they probably have starved now

This is the problem with choosing "experts" from the users and then depending on them to disseminate information. You have none to give.

I would rather have Haypi staff even acknowledge that they ARE working on it, rather than depending on experts to pretend knowledge, offer nonsense assurances, and answer thousands of emails they aren't qualified or informed enough to answer.

It doesn't make me feel better and I believe your entire post lacks genuineness. Sadly.

Better for you to simply say, "I"m sorry, all I have to offer is that I share the hope that this is being worked on. Based on my past experience, it should be resolved soon, but I recognize that this problem is more extreme than we've seen in the past." If you wanted to be a quality representative of Haypi, then you should go along those lines.
