This question gets asked periodically.
There's no set date for the next one. Whenever the devs decide to put up another pvp, you'll see a timer in the welcome message when you open the app addressing the amount of time till it begins.

A forum post should be like a skirt. Long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.
