I would like to nominate PenaltyOG. We have just been chatting in Private message, and he is a very kind person (we did not ask for nominations, we each just offered to for the other during our conversation). I have seen him very often in World chat and he always answers players' questions while enforcing the chat rules at the same time. PenaltyOG would be a great Expert who could help uphold the community well and keep Server 42 both a clean and an informed place to play Haypi Kingdom.
