Daily Gift

Hello, yesterday and today i got a chest (lvl 1 and lvl 3) from my daily gift but both times the chest didnt appear in my treasures. I wrote the support yesterday but didnt get an answer. What can i do now?

Sterbi, just be patient. They will answer, however if you did not email them, you should directly at

Yeah i got and answer some time ago but i still cant find them in my treasures but it looks like there was a general problem with treasures. maybe it gets better now. i couldnt find anything else then gold nuggets at the marketplace but now rings and armors appeared

If you got the item then it didnt appear restart the app and check your connection.

they haypi bug fix system follows this-
restart the app
redownload the app
reset your ipod and reinstall the app
if none of these work please take ss of the bug and its consequences in order for haypi to reimburseyour in game items or troops. without these then nothing can happen

turn off multi tasking also.
press home button twice, from haypi game.
then hold down on haypi game for 3 seconds.
hit the minus button
press homebutton.
restart the game.

yeah maybe u just have to get another treasure.... if ur troops arent appearing training1 inf helps also^^
