Coins

i emailed support who are now ignoring me, i purchased coins, payment went through but i did not receive the coins as the game force closed ... check your system you should see ?

i want my coins, the only other alternative is me going to paypal and nobody wants the hassell

keep emailing support. see if you can get ahold of them. make sure the coins did not go to your other acount.. and check your itunes or paypal account to make sure they actually got the money.

Already checked money been taken from my bank but support are ignoring me

Have you sent support a message on your server? If you haven't then please do.

Also, check your iTunes purchase history and take a screenshot of the coin purchase and send that to kingdomsupport@haypi.com

Don't know who support is? I used papal not itunes. I have done enough chasing if I do not have a satisfactory reply within 24 hours I will dispute all payments.

Guys stop saying check iTunes as he posted this in the Android section :?

To send a letter to your server support go to
general manegment>contact support>at the bottom hit the "Click Here" button>type and send your problem.
They get alot of mail so dont expect them to anwser right away.

Also try restarting the app.
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game

Emails again unanswered this is now in dispute as are previous transactions as a result (lost the army I paved for as a result so only fair) in 2 days I will escalate to a claim
