Samsung Red Admire Android

My Samsung Red Admire Android has been having many issues ever since update that deals with my game play drastically. My notification system is my major concern, each time my troops arrive at a certain location i get the notification but with no sound. I cant be looking at my screen the whole time so i have to depend on the sound to alert me, i have changed all my sounds all the way up but with no success. All my other apps work perfectly fine, their alerts always make a notification sound plus i got this phone very recently mid summer i believe so i couldn't have broken. I've lost a tremendous amount of troops and its getting very tiring when the same thing is just going to happen again. So please solve this issue for fellow Haypi player.

at present, some android users have such problem that they cannot receive sound when there is a push notification. we're working on solutions to this now. kindly wait please.
