Error: Item Cannot be Found

Error: Item Cannot be Found

When I go to "Shop" for any amount of coins through the Android Market/Google Play by selecting the "Buy" option on my Droid Razr, it immediately comes up with "Error: Item Cannot be found."
It does this in the app market, not in Haypi Kingdom App. I not longer use Paypal for undisclosed reasons and would love to support this game by purchasing coins. I have found related problems on forums but noting sounds like its what I'm experiencing. I am playing the HD version published by Haypi Inc.

Phone: Droid Razr
OS Version: 2.3.6
App Version: 3.2.3 Haypi Kingdom HD

We've been contacting Google and we'll cooperate with Google to solve the problem asap.
Please be patient and you may try to purchase haypi coins via paypal.

After sending the paypal payment, please contact us with the following info:
time and date when the purchase has been made;
your full name;
email address registered to your paypal account;
transaction id (very important)
We'll check and get back to you soon after receiving all the required info.

However, after purchasing coins I got 2 emails with different receipt numbers indicating I was charged twice. And with zero coins to show. If I could get an email address to forward my proof of purchases to so I could get one of the transactions refunded, and get the coins I am owed, it would be much appreciated.
