Can't Connect To Market

When I try to buy coins it gives me an error basically stating that HK cant connect to the market and that my market may be out of date. How can I fix/Update market?

It sends me an error when I click on the store. I cant choose an option.

And also, please tell me what phone you are using, OS version no. app version no. etc.
