Instant starvation after harvesting

hi everyone,i starved several times, today i starved again, 11k cav. so whats the matter? I have one coined city, and i had like 11k cav inside. My crop should've been like 60k atleast,i had maybe -25k crop per hour.. then when i was harvesting my army,this city instantly starved.. not just to positive cropflow like 0 or +5 and so on, but into 22k crop per hour..anyone who play for longer time,know that this isnt the way how starving works and that this isnt just a regular starvation, i wrote to support like two times before when i starved like thos,even with POSITIVE! cropflow.. everytime i heard answers like "check if you didnt donate your crop,maybe someone attacked you, and so on..
Iam BoOonidz from s110 and i hope support will return my 11k cav, because its few days of building, i already sent ss to kingdomsupport@hotmail.com or dunno,dont remember the adress exactly.. pray for me i dont get such douche answer again

Same stupd reply,i even asked them if i shall record how i starve city with positive cropflow,no reply yet,support is useless :/

lol 11k cavs is 2 days work maximum... any pproblems with support you should PM thomas on the forums... if you recieved 3 starve messages then take SS of all the starve reports and report them?

its about principle, if i lose something by bug, glitched game i want it back.. but support is no use anymore :/ to be honest, they never helped me.. i dont bother typing some mails i know ill get same answer again..

lol if you think support is useless on a ios device try dealing with them on android. They tell you to send them a screenshot even though there is no way to take one to send to them. They are full of fail most of the time sad to say. But they can also surprise you and be helpful if you catch a good rep on a good day.

i sent them SS every time, and yeah iam on android.. but they keep repeating their stuff

Not related to starving (play extensively on htc thunderbolt never had a problem) but thanks for the link for an excellent app to screenshot. I'd experimented with others to no avail. Thanks Nathan.
