cant purchase coins using andriod account...

Please give me a detailed description of your problem:
a. via what platform did you purchase coins from
google checkout or paypal
b. is there any system notification or message
c. the more info you provide, the quicker we are able to find a solution for you.

I purchases via andriod accounts not by paypal. when i pressed the buy button it took very long to process and in the end it pop out a dialog box saying order cant be processed please login to check google checkout account. i have login to my google account but there's is nothing i can do.. so please advise. i have tried purchasing other games and it works but just not haypi.

may i have your android firmware version no. ; app version no. (the latest is 3.2.0)

You have to set up a google wallet account goto google and search for google wallet it will walk you though it i had the same problems in early 2022

I also haven't been able to buy them through my google account, but pay pal works the same no extra cost so I just use that.

I have also been having this issue as of late. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. I have an LG MARQUEE with the latest software update, I have a google wallet account set up. I do get a system error saying purchased failed. I contacted my carrier and I'm not delinquient. My account spending limit isn't negative so i dont know what the issue is. I even had customer service transfer me to google wallet technical support and they couldn't find an issue with my account and said it had to be with the services I was trying to purchase. So now I'm here looking for help
