Has Support managed to fix this yet? My old tablet is slowly dying, battery life is crap and charger falling apart.
I would like to use my new tablet with my old account.

Hardware: Nook Tablet (Android 2.0 Device)
Software: Nook software version 1.4.0
Game: Haypi Kingdom Version 3.1.4

I Sideloaded (non rooted) Haypi Kingdom 3.1.4 apk from Haypi Kingdom Magazine link to APK. It installed fine and launched fine.
I get error "Only Support 1 Device ", no matter what account i log in with, i have tried 4 diff accounts. I get 0 resources or stats in kingdom page. it seems like it doesn't even try to refresh or fetch data. :evil: :twisted:
Other games work fine Sideloading in my Nook Tablet.
Is there a fix?

There's also a probable reason for "only support one device" problem, that is some android device does not have unique id but shared id, if the id is shared, such problem might occur as well.

I have the same exact hardware as sepultura and same exact problem. So what does
that is some android device does not have unique id but shared id
mean exactly? What ID? How do I know if I have a "shared ID?

I've had the same problem but I just got and iPod and started again
Now you can stay and die or you can get your ugly ass back home

It seems as if the latest HD version has fixed this issue on my Asus Transformer. At last I can access the game through my tablet and not just a phone.
The HD resolution is so much better as well, not just being stretched to fill the screen but a proper fit.
I hope all you other players find this problem is also fixed for you.

I’m afraid this is due to a conflict with other devices, because different android devices from different manufacturers may have the same device ID. If such a device is logged in before you, you will get "Support only one device"message. This issue is not able to fixed currently, you may try another device.

I have a Galaxy tab2 10.1 with the same problem. I can login to my accounts with my phone but not with the tab. I think haypi has a device id list and they block devices with that list. They should block users not devices.
I have resigned my self to the fact that haypi does not support tablets, I will just play on my phone. Evony works on my tab and it is very similar to haypi kingdom. :D
